Home delivery

Orders are delivered to your home by postal service. All shipments are provided with a track & trace number that will be sent to you as soon as we have prepared your package for collection. Parcels are picked up by bpost on fixed days. As long as the parcel has not been picked up, the status of your shipment remains 'prepared by sender'. Your parcel may therefore remain with us for several days before it is picked up by the postal service. On average, it takes 2-3 business days for your order to be delivered to you.

All domestic home shipments are shipped free of charge from €50. The delivery fee for orders under €50 is €6. The cost for international shipments will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Pick up in store

You can also pick up your order from our store after confirmation of your order. (Monday to Sunday 11am-6pm). Please bring your (digital) order confirmation with you.

This is always free of charge.

Returns

Of course we hope you are happy with your order. Should this not be the case, you have the right to revoke your online order within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the products.

Returns must always be notified in writing (preferably using this form https://economie.fgov.be/sites/default/files/Files/Forms/Formulier- herroeping.pdf) before the products may be returned to the store. All items must be returned in perfect condition (and original packaging) in exchange for a voucher or refund. If the returned products show signs of use excessing that necessary to inspect the products, we are entitled to charge a compensation not surpassing the value of the returned item.

Items returned in perfect condition will be refunded within 14 days of receipt less shipping costs. The cost and risk of return shipping is for the customer.
